My 30th Diaversary

30 Years of Living with Type 1 Diabetes deserves to be celebrated. I have never had a day off from this relentless disease, but every single day I do the best that I can. I try to eat right, exercise, keep a constant watch on my blood sugar numbers, and take insulin multiple times a day. But most importantly, I keep a positive attitude because I cannot change the cards I was dealt. Living with Type 1 Diabetes has given me the strength and determination to never give up on anything and the grit that i need to overcome any challenge.
